Details of the issue Player logs in, he was working on a vanilla style mob farm out of chiseled limestone (wide bricks).
- Made the initial fall tunnel out of limestone
- and floor of dirt in 4 sections where drop of evil would be placed
- Placed Ender Tether on middle of the fall tunnel to prevent ender teleportation
-Began to work on section walls and crashes started to happen soon after logging into the server.

Take a backup and change this line in forge.cfg to true
B:removeErroringEntities=false

Ok thanks. We'll give it a shot.

I'll let the other player know to login again and I'll update in about 6-8 hours. If not sooner.

MC. Crab, that adjustment seems to have cleared up the issue, we're still not sure what was erroring out, but thanks for the adjustment.
