Problem Server Crash and Unable to restart

I run a small server for myself and a couple friends, last night it crashed while I was at work and I can't get it to restart once again. most times I'm able to spot what the issue is and fix it myself but this time for the life of me I cannot find what the issue is.

My server runs on the mindcrack pack via JJhosting

The issue is related to Chicken Chunk Loader. I had the issue in the past on a small server i run as well as a server i help on. Removing it should fix it but if it doesnt temporarily remove NEI, ChickenCore, and ChickenChunks from the server and let the server boot up and then put the mods back on.
