Problem Server crash after quarry in mining dimension

Hello everyone

Thanks for providing these cool mod collections, I have been enjoying them alot.
I am currently running FTB revelations 3.2.0
It was running fine for almost a month now, but today after I stopped a Buildcraft quarry in the mining dimension and tryed to pick up some ordo crystals in the hole the server crashed, and it keeps crashing on restart.
I attached two crash reports, one from the original crash and one after restart.

I would appreciate on pointers where the error lies and how to fix it.

edit: It seems like breaking the water source block seems to result in the crash by overloading the server. Are there any easy fixes to prevent this from happening?
