Server crach FML issue

Details of the issue Please help me with my server issue, when I launch the server without entering an IP in the properties files it seems to just start. However when I enter an IP i get the following error (Yes IP is correct).
[FML]: The state engine was in incorrect state ERRORED and forced into state AVAILABLE. Errors may have been discarded.

First and foremost, NEVER use that IP address field in server.properties file unless you have multiple NICs in the PC. It should NEVER be used. The server will just use the local IP address of the machine you are running it on. What are you hosting this machine on? A PC at your home?
