Server Block Lag and Teleport Lag

I've recently discovered FTB and it is an amazing mod set. The only problem is I cant seem to get it to stop lagging with friends when I host my own server. We play on a normal server just fine when I host. When it comes to FTB, Block lag and Teleport lag are a problem. We use Hamachi and we can all ping each other with around 30ms ping. The problem doesn't seem to be in the connection, but with the server itself. I've tried using a modified Bat file to allow for multithreading and increased RAM. One thing is every time we enter the server it says Logistic Pipes is outdated. Could that be the problem? If so how would I go about updating that?

I have always experienced portal lag as have others playing on the same server with different connections from different isp's. teleporting in the same chunk has no lag though (something like, tp from bedrock to y150). I always wondered how guys on LP series have no portal lag.

It wont have anything to do with logistic pipes updates, they are releasing an update like every other day there... devs in motion!
