Separate FTB server sections, whitelist/No whitelist

Suggesting this due to none-white listed threads being lost almost instantaneously in the current system. It provide players looking for a server a much nicer experience.

This would be useful although if you use the search feature, and search [Whitelist] (ofc only works if people put that in their title/thread) then you'd be able to find them...

We will be making a server site so we dont have this issue (Don't expect it too soon but its on the way!)
