So basically over the last few weeks I've been using the modsauce modpack on a server, which has been so much fun to play with. But with the pack not having had a major update in the last few months, I decided to update my server to the infinity pack. But with me and my friends finally getting out of the grindy stage, I didn't want to have start afresh. So on that note, I've spent the last few weeks, using ftb infinity as a base pack and adding the mods that I wanted from modsauce.
All in all creating the pack has had it's ups and down, but a few days ago using MCmultli and a backup of the server, finally believe I got a stable pack. Some mods didn't make over to infinty such as Galacticraft for example, but I am happy at how it turned out.
But as soon as I decided to use the ftb launcher, I was having issue. Creating a fresh world on my backup server or in SP worked fine. But as soon as I put the test the backup on the server or loaded it up in SP. It would tell me X number of mods missing and asking me if I wanted to continue, which I selected yes or /fml confirm on the server console. Then it crashed.

Looking at the crashlog, for the life of me I can't figure out what's causing the crash. But the first you see on it is
"java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: buildcraft.api.core.JavaTools.getAllFields"
Then only thing that comes to mind is Galacticraft. But on the test backup I was using that mod is no longer present in that world.
Also to make you aware I'm using Infinity 1.2.1 with these add mods
