Title Seemingly random crashes

Details of the issue My game starts up fine, however once I join a server, my game disappears after some seemingly random amount of time. It can sometimes happen when walking around an already loaded area without me pushing any keys other than W. The crashes have been becoming more frequently recently and makes it near impossible to play with friends when I wait 2 minutes for a pack to load and crash after 20 seconds of gameplay.
30 seconds ago I crashed while holding a loaf of bread and sprinting around my base. It has also happened when standing still, sometimes I crash when I open an inventory (Maybe because I opened them while holding the Lexica Botania)
