Searching for tutorial map

Hello guys, I'm searching for tutorial map (FTB Unleashed or Agrarian Skies) which explain mods like thermal expansion forestry etc.
I found this one: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/introduction-to-ftb-tutorial-map.19078/ but it is for ultimate (1.4.7) so it isn't up to date.

Agrarian skies has a book that explains a few mods too you

I would not recommend AgS for learning mods too much. Yes a lot of the mod's functionality are there, but the recipies and usage are drastically changed.
