Summary of the problem Scrambled inventory - Capacitor Bank and Flux Plug

Reproduction steps:
Place 2x2 Capacitor bank, attach Flux Plug. Configure Flux Plug to a network, then remove it.
Place a capacitor in block space previously occupied by Flux Plug and right click it.

Just happened to me as well except I placed a Dimensional Transceiver where a Flux Point once was. Seems to be something odd between Flux and EnderIO.
