RSS export on modpack changelogs

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm looking to create an RSS feed on the new changelog site in order to keep up to date with the modpacks.

I can create the confluence RSS feed but it requires authentication to view.

So require the user to authenticate? I don't see a huge problem here.

Unless I'm overlooking something, I can't set the username and password.

I can create the feed but cannot view it because I'm challenged for authentication.

You mean sort of like this?

The RSS feed is constructed dynamically based on the URL. Remove the &os_authType parameter from your constructed URL and it should run without requiring a challenge pass as well.

Tried removing &os_authType from the URL and was still challenged but that feed is exactly what I was after, thanks Vauthil.
