Similar to Direwolf20's, I wanted to build a mining well quarry that didn't use computers. What I have works insanely well, but I didn't build it high enough, and some tall trees can get in the way.
Now you might be thinking, "Oh that's easy, stick a frame motor on the side and move the thing up". I thought that, too. But apparently my frame quarry just hates me. It moves forward without issue, but when I try to move it up or down it just sits there.

More info: The quarry itself is actually in 2 parts, the top/front bit with the breakers/deployers/ender chests and the bottom/back bit with the energy tesseracts/redstone conduits/inchworm drive. The top/front part can be moved up and down, but the bottom part can only move forward (and probably backwards but I didn't test it).
So does anyone have any idea why the bottom/back won't move up or down?
Edit: Added descriptions and titles to the screenshots, fixed some minor grammatical stuff.
Also if anybody would like the world download, I'm not sure what site to use (I'm new to all of this) so any suggestions would be appreciated. (also do I post the entire world folder? or just the one mystcraft age world? or what?)
