Rolling Machine in Infinity Evolved 1.7

So yesterday i made up a rolling machine system, and i placed it, put Redstone Engines on it's sides, but the Rolling Machine won't get powered up... It says it needs RF not MJ as electricity, the redstone engines are pumping, but does not give electricity... isn't it that the redstone engines only give MJ not RF? what engines can i use for rolling machine? A quick respond would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, Redstone Engines stopped actually providing power at some point, due to a change in BC's coding. (They were never meant to provide actual power.) Stirling Engines or Thermal Expansion Dynamos would be the better options. Unless you're in Expert Mode, then I'm not sure.

Correct, the only thing the redstone engines can power is the buildcraft pipes and the buildcraft pump. Everything else they will not provide power for.
