Pretty frequently, I'm getting a random crash and when it happens, I get a rollback. Sometimes bigger than the other. Last crash I got was pretty nasty however.. I rolled back to where I lost my sorting machine, figured that wasn't so bad since I had the ingredients in my inventory. However, I went to look for my mining turtle and it was just gone.. So was the items I had used to craft it (diamond pick, etc).. It had mined but it was just gone.
I have attached the latest report but all I'm seeing in it is something relating to XYcraft.
I have added Optifine to the pack if it's anything relating to that.
