Ridiculous fps lag out of nowhere

So I've been playing the crackpack 1 for about a week now absolutely no issues 45-90 ish fps then out of nowhere I'm suddenly only getting 1-5fps this happened after I messed with the configs of big reactors so I reset the config still didn't fix so I completely uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it and it's still broke it doesn't happen on anything else besides this modpack and my drivers are up to date my specs:
CPU ryzen 5 4600 with Raydon graphics
7.4 GB ram 3200mhz gunna upgrade to 16gb
256gb ssd
Graphics card radeon rx 5500m
This is on a gaming laptop BTW
