RFTools Transmitter Channel Help

I have a transmitter that I moved and it keeps bumping up the channel higher and higher when I keep placing it down and I'm not able to bring it down to the specified channel number. I'm on FoolCraft and I don't know if its a bug or not or just an in-game thing that I'm not aware about.
