Details of the issue i'm a noob when it comes to this stuff. all i know is that whenever i try to open my world it crashes to the launcher. I have tried to re download the whole pack but it still doesn't work. please help.
 
Are you loading the same world each time? I'm no expert with crash logs, but it seems like the problem is with the world file.
Try loading up a fresh world to see what it does.
 
Also can you post the crash report? Find the file below that was listed in the log you did post. The go to http://paste.feed-the-beast.com/ and paste the contents of the file. Copy the URL you are given after you create paste and post it here so we can look at the crash report.

Both logs were included in the file. Crash report is at the bottom.
 
I didn't catch that the crash report was there. Too used to seeing them in separate files/pastes. The crash report indicates that the HQM data has become corrupted. Make a backup of this directory in case I'm wrong. But you need to delete or rename the HardcoreQuesting folder under your save file.

Once you are done, use the /hqm edit command to give your self the operator/admin book. Use shift click to mark the quests you have already done (hopefully you can remember which ones).
