Details of the issue Mods do not load on either Curse or FTB Launchers. I've scoured the forum but there seem to be no answers.

What do you mean by "mods do not load"? Pack is not loading? Pack crashes, pack freezes itself? Something else?
 
Every single mod in the pack states "Metadata not found" or "0 child mods" in the mods list, and when playing there are no mods. It's playable, but it's vanilla Minecraft.
 
Fair enough, this is my first time dabbling in mods.
I downloaded the map, fell down as you're supposed, and decided to look through NEI to figure some things out, but NEI never loaded. Upon closer inspection, inventory tweaks has, but NEI hasn't. I can't really figure out the rest of them, but I do apologize for what now seems to be a false alarm.
