Restore broken world

Quick version, tried installing a mod, totally corrupted my world. But that's fine because I have backups, but the server just crashes before I can enter the /backup restore command, and copy/paste the world from the backups folder doesn't do anything (just creates a new world).

Is there a CMD line I can enter to restore the world or is there something I'm missing? I know in single player you can just drag and drop a saved world and it loads. Server...not so much

The 1.12.2 pack (perfectly complex)
V1.1.0
