I'm on a fresh install of win7 x64, the FTB launcher, and the latest Java (7u51) for both x86 and x64. Restarted after installing Java and then ran the FTB launcher. The launcher downloaded the mod pack, maps, and texture lists fine but then thats where the good times ended. Upon selecting any modpack and hitting Launch the errors start.
First, I get this charming message in a dialog box:
which is then followed by yet another dialog box which simply states:
Login failed:
At which point yet another dialog box pops up asking if I would like to play in offline mode. Selecting No works as its supposed to; the dialog box closes and thats it. Selecting Yes on the other hand does not work as its supposed to and the dialog box does not close until I select No. If I have the Direwolf20 1.6.4 pack selected the following gets dumped into the console:
and if I have the Unleashed 1.5.2 pack selected it doesn't generate any Java errors but doesn't actually do anything either.
Despite saying its loaded the natives, it hasn't nor has it even downloaded the natives.
So my question is simply thus: How do I get the Launcher to actually download and Launch anything? I've already tried completely reinstalling Java, the FTB Launcher (by removing all related files including those in AppData/Roaming), and added exceptions to the firewall for both the FTB Launcher and Java.
edit: And yes, I've checked and the mojang servers are NOT down.
