Im trying to disable these mods: ThermalExpansion, EmasherResource and RotaryCraft.

Reason why I want to disable these are because I think they contain too much and there are too many kinds of ores, im used to Tekkit Classoc ores...

I found the you could disable mods by clicking edit modpack but... when I disable these it says they are missing(ofc.) and then it crashes when I try to open or load a new world.

Rotary craft does not add ores and you can safely ignore it. Anyways, heres what mods depend on each of those.

Rotary craft is depended on by Reactorcraft and Electricraft
EmasherResource is depended on by Engineers Toolbox which is depended on by Gascraft.

Also, you should just disable reactorcraft and electricraft. Then you won't have nearly as many ores. Just the usual copper, tin, silver, and lead.

Tekkit. classic. ores...

That's really vague as Tekkit isn't a mod, also IIRC Tekkit didn't have ore unification then again this could just be a testament to how long ago I played tekkit. When I played it you had forestry, ic2, redpower and factorization ores all spawning.

Listen to Wagon, pretty much summed your problem up nicely. But frankly I don't think disabling the mods will fix your problem, unless of course you know what mod was chosen to handle ore gen.

You know most decent mods allow you to disable ore generation, right? I know for a fact that TE (or Thermal Foundation, one of the two) allows you to configure how their ores are generated, if they're even generated at all.

Also, I think he's talking about the classic copper, tin, etc ores that were parts of IC2 back in the day.

Also, seconding the fact that RotaryCraft doesn't add any ore generation. ReactorCraft and ElectriCraft are the ones that add ores, RotaryCraft only adds its own resources (ie: ingots, ethanol crystals, some non-world gen fluids, etc) and doesn't change anything about Minecraft's behaviour. I am curious as to why you don't simply choose to ignore a mod that you think has "too much." ...Or even how you define "too much."

Thing is, I dont like new Tekkit because it doenst have IC2, and Tekkit classic and lite has too old ComputerCraft version because the minecraft version is too old (1.2.7) or something only CC1.3 available :(
