Reliquary Help

Using Monster 1.1.1, and Xeno's Reliquary doesn't seem to work. The mods own page says it's not updated to 1.6.4 yet, but it's in Monster. I'm trying to make a tome of alkahest, but it doesn't give me a recipe. I remember in MC 1.5 you could make this, so is the mod just not working yet? Or is there something wrong with my game?

Xeno no longer maintains Reliquary and thus another has been maintaining it.

I don't believe the Tome is craftable anymore. I can't seem to find any information on the contrary and NEI doesn't have a recipie(did it ever?).

It used to have a recipe. It was crazy, like a Wither Skeleton head, glowstone, a book, a nether wart, and a bunch of other totally random stuff.

I just saw that in v1.1.1 of Monster yesterday, so it's still there.

It is being re-done, all of alkahestry is. That si why it is uncraftable
