I am trying to autocraft in a vanilla furnace and mekanism crusher but it is not working. Whenever I request something like an iron ingot from iron ore in a furnace, it gives a warning for the iron ingot that says "Machine doesn't accept item". I am also playing in the Sky of Diamonds modpack. Does anyone know how to fix this?

the vanilla furnace has specific sides you can put/pull items in/out of. To put something in you want to smelt it has to be coming from the top. Is the crafter pointing into the top of the vanilla furnace?
Mechanism has a fancy GUI that you can configure the input/output of the sides. Check the configuration on the crusher to make sure it is accepting items from the direction you have the crafter pointed to.
Maybe that will do it?
