Summary of the problem Refined storage cables not connecting to other devices

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? Refined storage's cables 'connect' but don't actually connect anything to the controller. (i.e. drives, solderer, etc)

quit/restart to verify but every time, same issue.

Known Fix
 
edit: broke all devices, restarted client, placed blocks down again, nothing. restarted client again and when I loaded world, everything's working.
