Summary of the problem Refined Storage Autocrafting

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? No matter what I do I can't get patterns from the crafter show up in the grid. I had some show up and not others but now no patterns will appear in the crafting grid. The crafter is touching all the other blocks and it has patterns in it just nothing shows up to be used.

Make sure your display option on the left is not set on "No craftables"
 
It wasn't but it made me notice that if I set it to only craftables that the item I would get from the crafting pattern shows up but not the actual crafting pattern to us. For example I set up a basic turn oak logs into planks, the planks now show up when I have only craftables selected but not the crafting pattern to use to automate the crafting.
