So for a while I had this setup that would transfer EU from an IC2 LV transformer into a Thermal Expansion energy cell via rednet energy cable. Everything worked fine until I decided to upgrade to a resonant energy cell, and now it doesn't transfer any power.

The setup is basically one single rednet energy cable going from the LV transformer and into some redstone energy fluxducts that bring it across the room and into the energy cell. It worked just fine until I changed out the energy cell. I've triple-checked all connections (the input side is in the correct position) and everything checks out. I replaced the rednet energy cable with a steam dynamo to test it, and that input power to the energy cell without a problem. So am I doing something wrong, or are the rednet energy cables possibly glitched?

The pictures are what the connection looks like. Any help or suggestions would be super appreciated, and if I can't figure this out, what are some good alternatives for transferring EU to RF?

I shall have to remember that for some of my later builds. In the meantime, have you tried Immersive Engineering wires? They can be used to convert EU to RF and back again (again, like the Rednet Power Cable, 1EU=4RF).

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it. Right now I'm using the electrical engines from Forestry, but I believe they only do EU to RF and it's a pretty slow conversion process.
