Summary of the problem Recipe Conflict - Smelting Coal / Charcoal

What is the bug? While editing the Extreme Reactors config to set Regen Ore I noticed it has an option to smelt coal / charcoal into graphite bars. There already is a recipe to smelt coal / charcoal into creosote, been using it since I saw Dire had discovered it by accident.
