@Reika explained very breifly how to build the turbine generator. But i couldnt build it from his description so is there anyone whos built it?

Where's his description at? I'm about to start assembling more fission reactors.

It's in the would you build this of the forum by Reika. You can search Reika and find it. It's on page like 23-24 ish and he answers very briefly.

My forum thread has a layer-by-layer blueprint posted yesterday.
I've seen it. Looks great... yet it's all still french to me. I see the blocks, but I don't really recall what they are. And How exactly does one work it, again? Do I connect it to a turbine directly? If so, where do I do this? And where is the correct RF output?

Looks like it accepts shaft power from one end (doesn't have to be directly connected to a turbine, so you can use bedrock shafts in between). I would assume that when you place the last block, it shows a yellow cube in the block where it expects an input, like other RC devices that have inputs. If not, put shaft power into the dead center at one end and see if it works.

It does in fact need to be directly connected to a turbine.
