Problem RCon List command

I'm running a small private FTB IE server for a group of friends and rcon will connect, op, deop, whitelist, everything seems to work fine. Except list command will not relay the currently online players, it always comes back with "Players currently online: [ 0 ]". Is there a setting specifically for this command that I've missed somewhere. I've been scouring the web for 2 days looking for a fix to this and I've found absolutely nothing on it.
 
I'm having the exact same issue. Rcon returns 0 players while the console and the ingame list shows the correct number. Currently using FTB inventions.

Edit: I have checked vanilla 1.7.10 and 1.9 and both show the correct format.

Edit 2: I removed FTBLib and the commands started working correctly. Has a few mods that depend on it though......
