Windows .exe Random Crashing FTB Unleashed 1.1.3

So, I've been running a local server since last night o unleashed 1.1.3 to allow me to keep my base loaded whilst offline for bee's and such. I have been happily playing today, and whilst exploring a local forest area with my Darftcraft Wing Sword collecting Bee Hives, I randomly crashed for an unknown reason. I tried to log back in thinking it was just a random crash, about 5 seconds after being in game crashed again, and then attempt number 3, it happened again.

I have no idea as to why this is happening, and I keep getting the same error message which is this, if any of you know how to fix this error it will be greatly appreciated as I would like to get back to playing asap. Cheers.

this is the second post ive seen with almost the exact same error.
it looks like TINKERS CONSTRUCT is causing the crash because minecraft is failing to render blocks properly.
you could remove the mod and let forge clean your world then add it back, or use MCEdit to delete the effected chunk and let it regenerate
