Ran into a problem.

I created a Mystcraft Perpetual Daylight World to produce EU from Solar Panels and to make Distilled Water and it works OK but when I start my Infinity Evolved game, no energy it sent through the Tesseracts. I have Power Converters, but they don't seen to be working.

Is there any other way to convert EU to RF?

You should be able to convert EU to RF and back using Immersive Engineering cables.

And I think I found a glitch with Immersive Engineering: I've half filled a 50M Ender IO Capacitor with only 6M EU. I have an MFSU hooked up to the cap via HV wires and connectors and while 2046 EU is being pulled out, the connectors are transferring 4096 RF to the cap.

FYI the conversion rate of RF to EU is 4:1 IIRC.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the OP, but if there is no energy coming through your Tesseract from a different dimension upon a world restart, I would assume the dimension isn't loading until a player visits it. Again, maybe I'm missing the problem entirely.

That said, EU and RF can be converted between each other via ImmEng Wires, Power Converters, or MFR Bundled Energy Cables. There are other ways as well, but these seem to be the go-to solutions for most. As stated above, 4RF=1eu.

I just edited my conversion dyslexia. 6Meu should be 24MRF, so a half filled 50MRF Capacitor Bank would be about right, assuming all these numbers are rough estimates.

Edit: The opening statement the OP and the question asked don't line up. The statement says that he doesn't get flow from his dimension upon a world restart, then he asks a question that has nothing to do with that statement. Perhaps some clarification of the actual issue is in order?
