There are 2 saplings I have that neither the MFR Planter nor the MultiPart Farm can plant and harvest: the Amaranth and Sliny Saplings.

Is there anything in this pack (Turtles excluded as I don't know much about them) that can plant and harvest them?

Slimy saplings are weird; they don't grow wood blocks or proper leaves, so I don't think anything could farm them besides turtles or maybe MFFS.

no, but there is a machine that performs a right click on a block, I just can't remember the name. Have you tried using Steves Carts?
