I heard that gregtech replaces almost every mods ore generation. So... Does it automatically disable the other mods ore generation or i shoud disable the oregen on config in other mods?
 
Yes, you have to disable it yourself. With the exception of PFAA, GregTech actually prioritizes it over its own ore gen.
