Hi All,
I have been Playing FTB for a while now and recently tried my hand at adding extra mods into the game. I got all the usual Item ID conflicts and had to trawl through several configs to rectify this. I then had a thought, would it be a good idea for mods to output block/item/entity ID's into some for of spreadsheet where say Block ID 199 goes to cell 199? and meta data fills out the next column (eg 199^1 is cell 199,B [in MS Excel]). that would make manually looking at ID conflicts manually much easier than going through several .txt files. I understand that this would require software like office excel or open office math. but maybe it could be an option in a config? I haven't seen something of this nature before and im not even sure if it is possible.. but just throwing it out there to see what people think
thanks
Matt
