Question From A Newbie

So i made a smeltery. I thought when i threw gold in the hopper it wouldve waited till the iron was done smelting and pouring out. But it smelted it ontop of the iron. And now the liquids are stuck. Both wont pour out.

I tried removing the liquids with putting blocks in the smeltery (like water and lava) But that didnt work.
Anyone knows what i could do?

Have you tried melting enough ore to make a block or two using the casting basin? 9 ore blocks of both gold and iron should give you enough to make 2 gold blocks and 2 iron blocks. That may be enough to unclog your smeltery while saving the ore.

Next time, make an ingot cast using aluminium brass!
