Question about server for ME

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
I remember a while ago, material energy^4 was on the FTB launcher, but it is no longer there. I was able to obtain it using a pack code, but I wanted to create a server for my friends and I to play on, which can't be done with this. How can I create/download an ME4 server?
