Questing book cannot be crafted nor appears

Title Questing book cannot be crafted nor appears

Modpack Ardencraft, In the Sea, Project Ozone 2, and many others.

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Every time I create a questing server to play with my girlfriend our inventories are empty and we can't craft the questing book.

Any help?

Ok, Last hour update. Is not that the questing book doesn't appear, is that the modpack doesn't load and the server creates a normal server. No mods loaded (Nei only).
