Query with the saves

I started a save with the MindCrack pack and then, after playing 2 hours, i switch to Direwolf20 with the same save, loading the world, left me a message saying he had conflict with the IDS blocks and if I want to fix it,.

I havent found any bug, can be conflict later with blocks? Do you recommend start a new save?

Both the mod packs have completely different IDs for different stuff as they have different mods included in them.
Yes I would recommend a new save if you're going to use a different pack.
