UnbreakingEnchanted PlusMachine use 1/((UnbreakingLevel)*(UnbreakingCoefficient)+1) times energy than not enchanted PlusMachine.
Other value is big produce high energy consumption. But this value is big produce less energy consumption.
This is from the original readme for the mod. Unbreaking causes it to use less energy.
