Quarry in dungeon chests?

Hey. I have a player claiming he found a quarry in a dungeon chest (dont know if it was a dungeon, or a thaumcraft dungeon), which I doubt. The pack we're running is mindcrack, v8.0.1. Can anyone confirm this?

While looking through the BC Code i did not find a single line of code that would make that possilble. On the other side I did not see the complete code. But i think it is impossible unless someone put it there intentionally.

I'm fairly certain buildcraft doesn't add any dungeon loot. Another player or op probably put it there if this player really did find it.
