Problem Quarries f'up on server restart...

I have a hosted server, now I made that every 12 hours there's a restart to the server.
Now with each restart the Quarries stop mining according to the frame they received from the Land Marks and just "spawn" the 16x16 frame by default but don't dig.
Now same CFG files same files on Local(My PC) it doesn't happen, couldn't recreate the bug.
Now I use mcpc-plus-legacy-1.4.7-R1.1-SNAPSHOT-f534-L67 to run the server.
Now any suggestions on the possible cause to that?

You using the version of Buildcraft designed for MCPC+? If not, there is a good chance it will fix that problem.

Well before I updated MCPC+ the BC Quarries worked fine...
