Open Pulverizer Augment doesn't work

Summary of the problem Pulverizer Augment doesn't work

Pack Version 1.1.0

What is the bug? The increased secondary output augment for the pulverizer doesn't do anything. I have 4 augments in the resonant pulverizer, but it simply runs faster with no increased chance for secondary output.

Is it repeatable? Every time I've removed and replaced the secondary output augment the power stays the same at 60 rf/t in the resonant pulverizer.

Also to note, this is in the 1.2.1 version of FTB Beyond. I selected 1.1.0 because I had to pick a version.

More info, the speed augment works in the pulverizer, but the "Augment: Auxiliary Sieve" does not.
