During my permissions requesting I encountered a mod creator who keeps saying it won't work just looking at the modpack folder after downloading. Didn't even try it (otherwise they wouldn't be complaining) and they are probably still ranting.

This is a public service announcement to say that...people...please actually click "play" before you say there's anything (technical) wrong with a modpack. 95% of what looks weird when you download a pack will be automatically cleaned up by the forge loader. Anything that isn't won't work or will crash it when you actually launch it, but only then can you tell. The only time you can complain before is when cores are missing.

Don't judge packs because of:
-mods not being in their own folders within the mods folder
-mods being zip files (most zips are meant to be)
-mods may be missing some obscure library
-mods not being meant to be together
-mods being alpha or potentially unstable

Please share your stories of people doing this. This must end, it's aggravating.
