Bug project red frames

it seems that in the modpack ATM3 mc version 1.12.2 project red frames ,frame motors, and frame linear actuators have a bug where if you move a frame block more then two motors up or down or side to side on the third motor the frame disappears.

anyone had this problem and found a fix?
 
ATM3 is not a mod pack made by FTB, you should report this to the mod pack maker.
