What pack/version are you playing?
If you have TE, I personally find the pulverizer the simplest to implement while still giving a good return.

useing the Overload pack with a ton of mods removed il try doing that with coal/lapis/redstone as i have more then i will ever use atm and manualy fortune diamond/emeralds
so pulveriser gives the best output that can be automated?

I can't say off the top of my head if it's the BEST return for an automated method, but it should be right up there. I basically just cycled through uses for each ore in NEI and decided that pulverizers would be fine for me. You could do the same, and may find that a macerator is better in one or two instances or some such thing.

If there are any automated methods that NEI doesn't show, I'm not aware of them, but they may well exist.
Obviously, a fortune pickax is going to be your best bet for sheer yield. I can't recall for sure, but Dartcraft may even give you better than Fortune III if you feel like going down that road...

Industrial Grinders generally give more materials, and usually the more rare ones. The only one that should absolutely go into the I-Grinder instead of the Pulverizer is Redstone, because you'll get tiny piles of Glowstone Dust out of them. If you do go with an I-Grinder, you can pump water into it like you would any machine, and it'll hold the water without a container. (though since it is GT, there's probably a few more steps involved.)

thanks for the help ive finished with dartcraft have tier 7 tome and best tools i can make i could fortune 4 the ores its just placeing down the amount of ores i get from the 2 max power laser drills takes WAY to long its the main reason i just want to automate it and just fortune the useful stuff like diamonds/emeralds/quartz

use 2 Tool Dynamism Tablet from Thaumic Tinkerer, one to place down the ores, and the other for a pick with the highest fortune enchant you can get on it.
the Tool Dynamism Tablets will place down the ores for you, and mine the ores with the pickaxe you're using.
you could then use a golem to pick up the drops.

in my opinion, use a pickaxe with both the highest looting, and auto-smelting. saves you the time for manually smelting them

Tinker's Construct is an option, but Dartcraft also is an option. but seeing as you don't have TC I doubt you'll have Dartcraft either

that isnt the problem i have 2 max speed laser drills putting out 1 ore every 15 seconds or so it mounts up by hand it would take way to long to place it all and then mine it its why i want to automate it so i can just forget about the ore and still get a decent output from the ores

It's actually a pity you don't have TC installed, since it's the best solution. Basically you'd place them in the air over a bed of torches, then use TC's Wand of Equal Trade, enchanted with Fortune, to trade them for sand or gravel. Those then fall and item out on the torches. Voila, instant mining.

On the other hand, a DartCraft power Drill has an area mode that mines 3x3x3, and can be enchanted with both speed and fortune, as well as grinding and smelting for those ores that require it.

IC2: Macerator
Mekanism: Own range of ore processing that results in doule or triple yield.
Engineer's Toolbox: Modular machines that you can configure to your likings, a pulverizer/macerator type of module is available if I'm not mistaken.

Though, I have no experience with the pack you're talking about so that is all the suggestions I could give. Good luck.
