Problems with launching Direwolf20 1.6.4

Direwolf20 will crash on the mojang screen after about 4 minutes, I have tried so many solutions, different codes in java parameter uninstalling and reinstalling everything about 3 times, restarting my computer and making sure i force updated everytime. I even set the ram to 3 gbs which is plenty!! I also downloaded the .jar version as well as the other one. (also i should note i did try to go back to the 32-bit version of java, and oddly enough it loaded past the mojang screen and I could actually do things, i tried to join single player and it would not load and eventually crash, and I tried to load multiplayer and it just crashed as well) OTHER MOD PACKS DO WORK FOR ME ON FTB. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I NEED HELP

I don't see anything wrong with that log, so I'm nost sure why it's loading games properly. The only thing I could suggest is upgrading to Java 1.7.0_51 x64.
