Problem with Water

I collect a water with a bucket and when I tried to fill a ditch water appears for a second and then disappears at all. But when I tried to fill the bucket again from empty space it is filling with water.

What can it be ?



I am using own server downloaded from FTB Launcher.
And Beta Pack A v12

Windows 7 64 bit.
FTB 1.2.2

It sounds like a lot of server lag/low tick rate causing water ect not to update, or update after a long while.

I think it is not a problem or there is some additional issue because after relog to server nothing change (water does not appear). How can I check your version ?
