I tried to take a Filter/retriever/transposer and get items in a chest to go into pneumatic tubes and get that moving.
I am using a timer and a red alloy wire to give the redstone signal to the machine to get the machine working every second.
But once given the redstone signal the machine goes in the process of working and then stops and fails to work.
Screenshot is below.

The last 2 seem to not be working.

My guess is, at least for the Transposer, you placed it backwards?

My only other guess is that there's nowhere on the other side for it to go.

You see, tube systems are fairly intelligent. When an item goes into the network, it immediately searches for the closest valid destination, and then takes a route to there. If no valid destination exists, it just clogs up your machines. Even if there is a valid destination, it's possible that not all chunks between the Transposer and your destination are being loaded, in which case the tube network "stops" at the unloaded chunks.

So its not suppose to go to the tubes or do i hav to set it that up by myself somehow?

No, it's supposed to go through the tubes, but when it enters the tube system, it searches for somewhere to go. If it doesn't find anywhere, it just clogs up your Transposer.

So make sure you have, say, a Chest or the top slot of a Furnace on the other side of the Tube.
