Problem with launcher!

So, I have the FTB mod pack launcher. And when I'm on it I can't seem to find the "New instance" tab? I'm pretty sure I downloaded the launcher. I went to the website and clicked "Download" Although the shortcut on my desktop says "Curse"? Is that the right thing?
 
FTB has partnered with curse a while ago and they now think the curse client is good enough to replace the old launcher. The old ftb launcher can be downloaded using the legacy links that are underneath the download button.

I can't look for you what you need to look for, as the curse client does not yet support my OS so I can't help you with that.
