Problem with FTB Ultimate

I had let FTB run overnight to regain my copper and tin supplies and I come back to move my quarry, and in the water is a lot of Angry Zombies and Witches. Now I'm quarrying in a Meadows biome, no where near a witch hut. I'm not in a mystcraft age, for I know those can have some issues, I am in the Overworld. An attached picture is included if your interested :D

You likely quarried over a thaumcraft dungeon which hold dark nodes and can spawn switches and angry zombies spawn naturally(The larger variant can be spawned via node though.) This is not a bug.
